When selecting the correct shipping option we require you to choose the shipping zone that your delivery is to be delivered. The cart will automatically choose the shipping class for you.

Shipping Zones: Northern Ireland, UK Mainland & Republic of Ireland.
Shipping Classes: Small Product, Large Product & Gas Refills.


NEXT DAY DELIVERY – Please place your orders by 12:30pm for next day delivery.

COLLECTION – Orders can be collected from our trade counter in Lisburn.

GAS REFILLS – Local gas delivery £3.60 – Per delivery not per cylinder

FREE DELIVERY on all Appliance orders – (Local 15 mile radius)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPLICATION OF GOODS Contracts and orders are accepted upon and subject to the conditions below. Unless expressly accepted in writing any qualifications of these conditions in any written or printed document of the customer shall be deemed to be inapplicable.

PAYMENT TERMS All goods MUST be paid before delivery

INTEREST PRICES The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

PRICES are correct at the time of publication but are subject to alteration without prior notice.

PRODUCTS The company reserves the right to modify products without prior notice.

SCHEDULE ORDERS A scheduled order calling for delivery spread over a defined period shall constitute authority to manufacture and shall define the buyers ultimate delivery. The buyer is at all times liable for current total scheduled stocks and works in progress.

TITLE OF GOODS is only transferred when payment has been received for all amounts due and owing. Should amounts due be unpaid, Jamisons Gas Centre shall have the right to enter the customer’s premises during ordinary business hours and take possession and remove such of its goods as are in the customer’s possession. If the goods have been sold by the customer before all payments have been made to Jamisons Gas Centre, the customer must hold the proceeds arising from such a sale as trustee for Jamisons Gas Centre until all payments due have been made. In the event of a customer being placed in Receivership or Liquidation it is not the intention of the parties hereto, that a Receiver or Liquidator be empowered to sell Jamisons Gas Centre goods save where all payments due and owing to Jamisons Gas Centre by the customer have been paid in full.

DELIVERY is normally next working day for Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland. Scotland,England & Wales 3-4 working days.

RETURNED GOODS which have been correctly supplied and are returned for credit, will only be credited less a 15% handling charge less carriage at cost. All items must be in a re-saleable condition and in their original packs.

FAULTY GOODS should be returned by the buyer to Jamisons Gas Centre, at the buyers own expense, within 7 days of delivery. Such goods will not form the basis of any claim for work done or for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from such a claim. Goods must be accepted by Jamisons Gas Centre as defective. Jamisons Gas Centre reserves the option to repair goods, or to replace them with goods similar to those ordered. Where goods have a manufacturing fault the item must be labelled detailing the nature of the fault. This information is required by the manufacturers in order to credit Jamisons Gas Centre. In some instances there may be a time delay in raising the credit, as the product may need to be checked by the manufacturers technical department, this is the case with all regulators.

WARRANTY All goods supplied by Jamisons Gas Centre have a manufacturers warranty of 1 year from date of manufacture, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service with the following exceptions:

CLAIMS for damage or shortage must be notified to ourselves in writing within 3 days of delivery. Non receipt of the whole or part of the consignment must be notified to Jamisons Gas Centre within 7 days from date of dispatch. Claims outside these periods cannot be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for damaged material or burst parcels on delivery unless Jamisons Gas Centre are immediately notified by fax or phone. “Unchecked”, “Damaged” or “Shortage” will not be accepted by either Jamisons Gas Centre or the chosen carrier(s).
